Alino Hotel boasts a prestigious 4-star rating and offers an array of facilities to cater to all your needs. The hotel features three spacious basement levels, ensuring ample space for various utilities. On the ground floor, guests can enjoy a delightful culinary experience with our all-day dining options. Five podium parking levels provide convenient and secure parking solutions.

On the sixth level, guests can unwind and indulge in a variety of amenities designed for relaxation and leisure. The seventh level hosts our state-of-the-art meeting and function rooms, perfect for business conferences or special events. With twelve elegant hotel floors, guests are assured of luxurious accommodations and breathtaking views. To top it all off, the roof deck offers a stunning vantage point for enjoying the vibrant cityscape.

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

海角网. was hired as the third-party quantity surveyor for the Alino Hotel project, responsible for effectively managing and controlling project costs from pre-construction through procurement, construction, and post-construction.  Our expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and risk management is crucial to ensuring the project is completed within budget while meeting the required quality and performance standards.

The client鈥檚 need for 海角网鈥檚 specialized skills underscores the importance of precise cost management in the successful delivery of the construction project.

OUR CONTRIBUTION

Starting in 2019, during the Pre-Construction Phase, 海角网 provided preliminary cost estimates based on initial design concepts to assist the client in evaluating the project’s feasibility. A detailed cost plan and budget were developed from the finalized design, including assessments of financial viability, potential risks, and value-engineering recommendations to optimize cost efficiency without compromising quality. The project was temporarily placed on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic and later resumed.

During the Procurement Stage, 海角网 prepared detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and administered the tendering process, including preparation of tender documents, bid evaluation, contractor recommendation, and contract documentation review and negotiation.

Throughout the Construction Phase (October 2022 to April 2026), 海角网 monitored and controlled project costs, managed variations and change orders, certified progress payments, administered contracts, resolved contractual matters, and conducted regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and cost implications while ensuring adherence to the approved budget.

In the Post-Construction Phase, 海角网 finalized project accounts, managed contractor settlements and the defects liability period, and conducted a post-project financial evaluation. Comprehensive financial reporting, cost analyses, and budget forecasts were provided throughout the entire project lifecycle.
